Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ghaziabad. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and converting prospects into clients. Key responsibilities include presenting insurance products, addressing customer queries, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with team members and participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including generating leads, closing deals, and achieving targets consistently.
• Experience in Training and coaching others on sales processes and product knowledge is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the insurance or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
