Being in the Influencer Talent Management Team, you will be responsible for:

Helping your clients leverage the power of social media influencers to achieve their marketing and branding goals. This involves a range of activities and responsibilities that require a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, social media trends, and marketing strategies.

Onboarding new influencers. A deep understanding of your clients brand and values, as well as a keen eye for spotting influencers who would be a good fit. You may use various tools and methods to identify potential influencers, including social media analytics platforms, influencer databases, and manual research.

Negotiating contracts and deals on behalf of your clients with the influencers. This involves developing relationships with influencers and understanding their needs and goals, as well as working closely with your clients to understand their budgets, objectives, and expectations. You will need to be adept at negotiating rates and terms that are favorable to your clients while also ensuring that the influencers are fairly compensated.

Maintaining a healthy relationship with the influencers. This involves maintaining regular communication with influencers to ensure they are meeting their contractual obligations, providing them with guidance and support, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. You may also be responsible for tracking influencer performance, including engagement rates and ROI, to ensure that your clients are getting value for their investment.

Developing marketing strategies that leverage the influencers following and maximize their reach. This requires you to have a deep understanding of your clients target audience and marketing objectives, as well as an ability to develop creative and effective campaigns that resonate with their audience.

Eligibility:

At least 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field

Strategic thinking capacity

Must have a deep understanding of social media influencer marketing

Must have strong English communication skills
