Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee functional projects from initiation through closure.

• Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to gather project requirements and define objectives.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource plans.

• Track progress and performance against project milestones and deliverables.

• Facilitate regular status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and leadership.

• 
  Identify risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Ensure effective change management and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor budgets and ensure financial tracking aligns with project goals.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

• Maintain project documentation including reports, schedules, and meeting notes.

Qualifications:

  Get Hired
  Bachelors degree in business, Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.

• 3+ years of experience managing functional or business-side projects.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
