Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee functional projects from initiation through closure.
Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to gather project requirements and define objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource plans.
Track progress and performance against project milestones and deliverables.
Facilitate regular status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Ensure effective change management and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor budgets and ensure financial tracking aligns with project goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Maintain project documentation including reports, schedules, and meeting notes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.

3+ years of experience managing functional or business-side projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
