Role: Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

Location: Bengaluru, India

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our Bengaluru team. The ISR will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT solutions sales, with a keen understanding of customer needs and the ability to position tailored solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Engage with prospective and existing enterprise customers to understand their IT infrastructure requirements.
  • Promote and sell solutions in areas such as networking, cybersecurity, server, storage, and software.
  • Manage customer accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales team to develop customized proposals and solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and drive the entire sales cycle to closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.

  • Work closely with OEMs and partners to stay updated on latest technologies and offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 25 years of inside sales experience, with at least 3 years in IT solution sales.
  • Proven skills in lead generation, account management, and customer relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Existing customer base or strong network in the Bangalore enterprise segment is a plus.
  • Prior experience with IT products and services such as networking, cybersecurity, servers, or storage is highly desirable.
