Quality Analyst

On of our clients is looking for the position of QA Analyst based on following skills:

Top Required Skills (10+ years):

1) Experience performing both manual and automated QA testing

2) Strong communication skills

3) Experience on Agile development teams.

Nice to Have:

1) Experience with formal change management

2) Experience with technical writing/developing system documentation

3) Previous work experience in government, claims, accounting, or unemployment insurance management systems is preferred.

Work location: Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. Hybrid or on-site depending on contractor preference. Orientation will be on-site.

Project details: This position will be assisting with the IRIS 2.0 project as the lead for all QA testing for a new large, highly automated case management system with multiple portals. This position is expected to utilize both automated and manual testing to identify bugs or defects in development work and ensure they are corrected before approving development work for staging. This position will work closely with a team of approximately 10-12 developers are architects, along with a team of 3-5 business analyst/product owners.
