Role Description
This is a partl-time remote internship role in Human Resources (HR). The HR intern will assist with tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing personnel-related documentation, handling employee benefits, and supporting HR management functions. The intern may also help with coordinating organizational processes and contributing to the design of HR programs.

- Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) principles, HR Policies, and HR Management
- Knowledge of Personnel Management and Employee Benefits administration

- Ability to work collaboratively in remote settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- An interest in nonprofit and community-focused initiatives is a plus
