Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive (Freelancer) who can generate high-quality leads and acquire clients for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in getting clients through freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr, as well as social media platforms like LinkedIn.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching digital marketing services, building relationships, and closing deals. This role is perfect for someone who understands client acquisition strategies and has experience in selling digital marketing services globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelancing platforms.
  • Send personalized proposals, bids, and outreach messages to potential clients.
  • Generate qualified leads for services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, and Website Development.
  • Communicate with international clients and understand their business requirements.
  • Conduct discovery calls and present the agencys digital marketing services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing and delivery team to ensure smooth project onboarding.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track outreach activities.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in client acquisition through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or other freelancing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Experience in writing effective proposals and responding to client requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly client acquisition targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes is a plus.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with international clients (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Knowledge of B2B lead generation strategies.
  • Ability to close deals and maintain long-term client relationships.
