Business Head - Modern Trade - Consumer Durables

Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Head - Modern Trade to lead the national P&L, key account management, and retail operations across consumer electronics and emerging technology categories. The role involves driving growth through modern trade channels, large-format retailers, and premium retail formats.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead modern trade & retail P&L; achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Key Account Management: Build and manage relationships with national and regional modern trade partners; drive JBPs, TOTs, listings, and promotions.
- Strengthen retail performance metrics including SSSG, ATV, accessory attach, and customer experience.
- Scale emerging categories such as drones, imaging, and accessories through modern trade and retail channels.
- Oversee demand planning, inventory health, and supply chain efficiency.
- Lead and develop a team of KAMs & retail managers across India.

Ideal Candidate
- 12-18 years in consumer electronics / mobility / imaging / premium retail, with strong modern trade & key account leadership.
- Proven P&L ownership and experience handling large portfolios with national coverage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management with large-format retailers.
- Experience in premium or technology-driven retail formats preferred.
- Analytical, data-driven, and strong people leadership skills.
- MBA desirable.
