Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Noida / Delhi NCR
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong exposure in eLearning solutions, LMS platforms, and Digital Publishing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving domestic and international enterprise-level sales, building long-term client relationships, and expanding market presence across the corporate and education sectors globally.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities for custom eLearning development, LMS solutions, digital publishing, and enterprise learning engagements.
  • Handle domestic (India) and international market sales including US, UK, Middle East, and APAC regions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, universities, EdTech companies, and training/learning organizations.
  • Work closely with solutioning, instructional design, content, and project management teams to create customized proposals and commercial offerings.
  • Achieve revenue targets and ensure consistent pipeline growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, networking platforms, and webinars.

Required Skills & Experience


  • 4-8 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales roles in EdTech, eLearning, LMS, or Digital Publishing.
  • Strong understanding of custom eLearning development, LMS deployment/integration, Digital content services, SCORM/xAPI standards, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise sales in both domestic & international markets.
  • Experience selling to L&D heads, Training Managers, University Heads, HR Leaders, and Product Teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and work independently.
