Job Description

    As an Executive, Sales at Dimexon, your primary responsibility will be to accurately understand and fulfill the requirements of clients/customers in the Polished Diamonds sector. Your key accountabilities and responsibilities include achieving targeted sales growth, profit margin, and product mix for the region, developing new customers/clients while adhering to KYC norms, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining system hygiene for all sales conducted, and being accountable for inventory hygiene.
    You will be required to implement effective sales processes to achieve business objectives, assist the Head Sales in preparing the AOP for the sales department, analyze and classify existing and potential customers based on various criteria, adhere to timelines for customer deliveries, and identify and fulfill customer demands while also anticipating their future needs.
    Moreover, you will need to improve sales capabilities by identifying and addressing loopholes in current processes/systems, gather relevant information about clients/customers before partnering with them in compliance with KYC norms, develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers, and uphold the company's standards in all sales interactions. Keeping yourself and team members updated with current market situations is also essential.

    The ideal candidate for this role should be a graduate from a recognized institute or university with a good academic record and possess at least 5-6 years of experience in Polished Diamonds Sales. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages is required along with deep understanding of customer requirements in Indian Markets, good negotiation skills, ability to promote ideas to both the organization and clients, strong documentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT), and a knack for research.
