Senior Digital Customer Identity & Data Solutions Architect
We are seeking a Digital Customer Identity & Data Solutions Architect with deep
expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Customer Data
Platforms (CDP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). You will lead the
design, development, and implementation of our customer identity strategy across
AdTech platforms, in compliance with regulatory requirements and enterprise
standards. In this role, you will be instrumental in architecting an innovative identity
solution that enhances personalized customer experiences and drives targeted
advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will apply their expertise in customer data
platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers to create a unified view of our
customers, enabling precise ad targeting and activation.
Architect and implement a comprehensive customer identity solution tailored to our
organizations vision and goals, in compliance with regulatory requirements and enterprise
standards.
Define and implement best practices for identity management, including SSO, MFA, and
consent management.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard processes in
AdTech, influencing the continuous improvement of our systems.
CDP assessment - Oversee the assessment and integration of a next-generation CDP
to improve data unification, segmentation, and analytics. Ensure CDP capabilities
support marketing personalization, campaign execution, and customer insights.
Implement universal identifiers like UID 2.0, PAIR and ramp id to improve data
interoperability and identity resolution.
Evaluate and modernize the current CRM platform to drive customer engagement,
retention, and loyalty strategies.
Lead the integration of CDP with other systems, including CRM, CIAM, and AdTech
platforms, to create a unified marketing ecosystem.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize paid media activation, leveraging CRM
and CDP data for targeted campaigns.
Ensure seamless integration of AdTech platforms with CRM for efficient audience
segmentation, retargeting, and ROI measurement.
Develop strategies to collect, manage, and leverage customer data across all digital
touchpoints effectively while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, DTS, Legal and
Compliance, and data analytics to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree in management information systems/technology, Computer Science,
Engineering, or related discipline. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
15+ years of experience in an information technology solutions architecture role.
Proven experience evaluating, implementing, and integrating enterprise-level CIAM,
CDP, and CRM solutions.
5+ years working experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.

Extensive experience in AdTech, with a proven track record of designing and
implementing large-scale ad delivery systems. Familiarity with AdTech platforms (e.g.,
Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, The Trade Desk) and their integration with CRM
and CDP.
Deep understanding of customer data lifecycle, including identity resolution, consent
management, and segmentation.
In-depth knowledge of customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal
identifiers.
Strong understanding of cookie technology and its implications for digital marketing.
Experience with CDP platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Epsilon, Salesforce
CDP).
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics).
Extensive experience in issue spotting and raising compliance issues in their day-to-day
and be aware of the major regulatory considerations impacting their work.
Experience with data enrichment techniques and tools.
Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., MS, AWS, Google Cloud).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and open to working in agile environments
with multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex, multistakeholder
projects.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and align
technology with business goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with privacy and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Familiarity with machine learning models for customer segmentation and predictive
analytics.
