Director - Financial Planning And Analysis

• As the BU FP&A Leader, you will be One Point of Contact for the Business Units (BU) as the Trusted Business Partner with an objective to improve the profitability.


• Collaborate with the BU team and prepare budgets annually and projections every month/quarter.


• Work with the BU head on the variances to budgets / forecast and reasons for the same.


• Work with the business teams to have better understanding about the business which may require some travel.



• Ensure control on Unbilled revenue.


• Work with the BU on Pricing for submitting a quote to customers.


• Analysis of MIS, Financial and operations metrics implications during contract negotiations.


• Work with the sales teams on customer contract renewals or new pricing negotiations.


• Coordinate with Corporate Finance for consolidation.


• Should have rich hands-on experience in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SAP and BPC environments.
  

You'll Need:

• 12+ Years' experience in export oriented IT services/ business services companies.


• Qualified CA / CMA or MBA Finance.
