Role Overview:
India's Healthcare is looking for a seasoned Operations Head to lead and scale end-to-end operations across its retail pharmacy and healthcare verticals. The role requires a strategic leader with strong execution capability, deep operational exposure, and hands-on experience in managing large teams and multi-location operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall operations for retail pharmacy / healthcare business
- Drive operational excellence across stores, warehouses, and regional operations
- Design and implement SOPs, process improvements, and compliance frameworks
- Ensure smooth coordination between supply chain, procurement, sales, finance, and IT teams
- Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, and cost optimization
- Monitor store performance, productivity, and service quality metrics
- Ensure regulatory compliance with drug control, healthcare, and statutory norms
- Manage large cross-functional teams and senior operational managers
- Support business expansion, new store launches, and process scalability
- Provide regular MIS, dashboards, and operational insights to top management
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA Operations / Healthcare Management preferred)
- Strong exposure to Retail Pharmacy or Healthcare sector is mandatory
- Candidates from non-healthcare industries will not be considered
Experience & Exposure:

- 15 to 20 years of overall experience in Operations
- Minimum 8 to 10 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience managing large-scale retail pharmacy or healthcare operations
- Exposure to multi-location / pan-India operations is a strong advantage
