Job Responsibilities
- Planning and advising on the financial strategies of the company.
- Assisting in fund raising initiative of the company for current and future investments.
- Designing and guiding the company on various financial modelling strategies.
- Managing the performance monitoring of various businesses and investments through leading indicators.
- Advising company on merger and acquisitions of target companies.
- Managing all finance and accounting operations.
- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
- Coordinating and managing regulatory and compliance matters.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Additional controller duties as necessary.
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller.
- 5+ years of overall combined Accounting and Finance experience.
- Advanced degree in Finance.
- ACA, CPA or CMA preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
