Job Description
- As a Kinaxis Rapid Response Consultant / Architect, your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their supply chain challenges, gather detailed requirements, and design Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions tailored to meet their specific needs. You will analyze business processes, data flows, and system integrations to deliver comprehensive solution designs. Additionally, you will configure Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions, set up data integrations, and customize functionalities to align with client requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Solution Design and Implementation using Kinaxis Rapid Response (RR)
- Providing Technical Expertise and Leadership
- Engaging directly with Clients to understand business requirements
- Training and supporting internal technical teams
- End-to-end Project Management
Furthermore, you will evaluate technology feasibility for business proposals and innovative ideas. It is crucial for you to provide technical leadership to both business and Scrum teams and drive continuous technical improvement (CI) initiatives focusing on innovation and adherence to best practices. You are expected to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Kinaxis Rapid Response, staying updated with the latest functionalities and best practices, and guide clients and internal teams on configuration, data modeling, and integration strategies.
In terms of qualifications, you are required to have:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field (MBA or advanced certifications preferred)
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and logistics
- Kinaxis Rapid Response Solution Consultant Certification - Level 2 or Level 3 (Mandatory)
Your expertise will be instrumental in building strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and challenges, providing consulting services, addressing client concerns, and recommending ongoing improvements and optimizations. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients to effectively use Kinaxis Rapid Response.,
