Our team is based in Kolkata and the United States, all working from home. You dont need to be based in Kolkata, but you must be based in India.

What Youll Do

?Contest & Community Outreach: Spearhead outreach campaigns to promote our AI art contests across relevant online communities, with a heavy emphasis on Reddit and Discord.

?Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that showcases the power of Kognie.

?Content Creation: Write clear, compelling copy for social media, blog posts, newsletters, product updates, and press releases, translating complex AI features into user-friendly benefits.

?Community Engagement: Act as the frontline voice of Kognie, actively engaging with our users by responding to comments, questions, and feedback to foster a loyal and active community.

?Visual Storytelling: Design or coordinate the creation of visually appealing content like infographics, demo videos, and user success stories using tools like Canva, Figma, and our own platform (Kognie Image Studio).

?Influencer & Media Relations: Identify and build relationships with AI influencers, content creators, and tech bloggers to amplify our reach and credibility.

?Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key communication and social media metrics to refine strategies and demonstrate impact.

?Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure messaging is aligned and to support product launches and campaigns.

What Were Looking For

?2-4 years of experience in communications or social media management for a tech-focused B2C brand (experience in AI, SaaS, or software is a major plus).

?Demonstrable experience with community outreach on Reddit and Discord is a must.

?Proven success in promoting contests, launches, or special events to online communities.

?Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English, with an ability to simplify complex technical topics.

?Hands-on experience with social media management platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics).

?Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Figma, or similar tools).

?Familiarity with using generative AI tools is a strong advantage.

?A proactive, organized, and creative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
