Role Overview
Were looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and scale Dodo Payments content across the website, sales funnel, and owned channels. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, sales, and brand.
You will be responsible for turning our product, customers, and insights into clear, credible, and high-impact content that drives adoption and trust.
What Youll Own
- Website Content
- Own all website copy across product pages, landing pages, feature updates, and documentation-led content
- Continuously refine messaging, positioning, and clarity in collaboration with product and growth teams
- Ensure content aligns with Dodo Payments positioning and ICPs
- Case Studies & Customer Stories
- Lead end-to-end creation of case studies: discovery, interviews, writing, and publishing
- Translate merchant success into strong narratives that highlight outcomes, use cases, and ROI
- Build a repeatable case study engine across industries and geographies
- Sales Enablement Content
- Create sales-facing assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs, and explainer docs
- Work closely with the sales and key accounts teams to identify gaps and improve conversion
- Ensure messaging consistency across marketing and sales touchpoints
- Newsletter
- Own the strategy, writing, and cadence of Dodo Payments newsletter
- Turn product updates, industry insights, and internal learnings into compelling email content
- Continuously test formats, tones, and topics to improve engagement
- YouTube & Video Content
- Own the content strategy for Dodo Payments YouTube channel
- Plan video themes, scripts, and formats such as product explainers, founder-led content, demos, customer stories, and industry breakdowns
- Work with internal teams or external editors to publish and optimise videos for discoverability
- Repurpose YouTube content into clips for LinkedIn, X, and other channels
- Content Across Other Channels
- Plan and create content for LinkedIn, X, blogs, and other owned platforms
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form, distribution-ready formats
- Collaborate with design and growth teams on campaigns, launches, and evergreen content

- 1–5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or B2B tech
- Strong long-form and short-form writing skills with a clear, structured style
- Ability to understand complex products and explain them simply
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and growth teams
- Comfortable owning content strategy as well as execution
- Bonus: Experience with developer-focused, fintech, or payments products
- Content is a first-class growth function, not an afterthought
