Job Description
- The role of a Business Coordinator Client Engagement involves serving as the primary contact for international clients, representing the organization in client meetings, understanding their trading strategies, and profiling them effectively. The insights gathered are crucial for informing senior management's decision-making process. Successful candidates for this position must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to establish rapport with clients, and a comprehensive understanding of trading and financial markets.
Responsibilities include:
- Being the initial point of contact for international clients, understanding their needs, trading strategies, and profiles.
- Building and nurturing professional relationships with traders, researchers, and other stakeholders.
- Collecting detailed insights into client strategies, trading styles, and preferences.
- Compiling comprehensive reports and conveying the information to management for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinating meetings with clients in collaboration with the HR team.
- Staying updated on trading trends and strategies through connections with traders and researchers.
- Addressing client queries and concerns professionally to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Currently pursuing or completed an MBA (full-time or online programs preferred).
- Strong comprehension of financial markets, trading strategies, and client profiles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing and presenting complex data clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and the MS Office Suite.
