Wholesale Merchandise Manager

The Wholesale Merchandise Manager, will be responsible of supporting the correct implementation of strategic initiatives to drive the growth of the business in the territory in line with the positioning of the Brand. The Wholesale Merchandise Manager. will liaise and collaborate between the Merchandising Management and Wholesale partners to ensure the alignment of the corporate strategy to the commercial needs from the markets.
Key Accountabilities

• Manage with the partners on setting the seasonal OTB’s to ensure the right assortment in line with the brands directions and strategy.
• Ensure involvement in the selling campaigns and in the buying process with all partners in Milan
• Participate in the implementation of the brand merchandising and visual merchandising strategies across all accounts.
• Deliver seasonal merchandising products training to all partners.
• Analyse all Franchise/Wholesale data (weekly and monthly) by product line and provide and execute an action plan/feedback to the management
• 
  Track and analyse sales and stock level performance by store and sell-thru by SKU level to determine action to be taken.
• Ensure constant communication with Franchise/Wholesale partners with frequent travel in the relevant markets to check product sales trends, clienteling profile, presence of a balanced product assortment with the correct VM standards of DG implemented in each store.
• Support with relevant market analysis to identify regional requirements and sales trends, in terms of styles, models, special capsules, functions, price ranges and competition trends.
• Perform other duties as required by the business.
  

Key Requirements And Competencies

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry

• University degree
• Fluent English . Arabic is a plus
• Have experience within the Middle East retail market
• M erchandising and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to both communicate and negotiate effectively on commercial and merchandising strategies
• Proficient in power point, excel, word
• Drafting and understanding of legal contracts
