Hardware Leasing & Finance Specialist - Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware Financing & Program Management
• Design, implement, and manage hardware financing programs including Smart EPP, Leasing Models, and OEM-backed financing.
• Own the full lifecycle of financing programspricing, approvals, documentation, and operational enablement.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, OEM policies, and financing partner guidelines.
• Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement
• Work closely with Sales Teams to position financing solutions for enterprises, mid-market, and public sector customers.
• Participate in customer meetings to explain financing models, TCO, ROI, payment terms, and end-of-term options.
• 
  Build and deliver pitch decks, calculators, and tools to help Sales improve conversion rates.
• Financial Analysis & Modeling
• Interpret cost sheets, interest structures, and payout models from OEMs and financing partners.
• Prepare TCO, ROI, and payback calculations with detailed financial modeling using MS Excel.
• Support commercial teams with margin analysis, pricing simulations, and scenario-based financial comparisons.
• OEM & Partner Collaboration
• Act as the primary point of contact with OEMs for financing programs
• Drive joint GTM activities, program updates, training sessions, and approval workflows.
• Track partner performance, incentive structures, and financing adoption metrics.

• Coordinate end-to-end leasing operations including documentation, credit approvals, invoicing, and asset lifecycle.
• Implement standardized SOPs for leasing workflows across sales, operations, and finance teams.
• Monitor ongoing contracts, renewals, settlements, upgrades, and end-of-term asset management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• 10+ years of experience in IT hardware sales, device financing, leasing operations, or OEM finance programs.
• Deep understanding of hardware financing models
• Solid knowledge of the IT hardware ecosystem Laptops, Desktops, Mobility, Servers, Networking, etc.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyse interest tables, cost structures, leasing metrics, and ROI/TCO.
