Job Description
This is a full-time, in-office position with working hours from Monday to Saturday. This is a great opportunity for someone with 0 to 1 year of experience who has a keen interest in the entertainment sector and is eager to grow in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Servicing: Serve as the main point of contact for our talent, ensuring their needs are met and their careers are progressing.
- Scouting & Research: Actively scout for new talent and stay updated on industry trends, entertainment news, and client-specific research.
- Negotiations & Logistics: Assist with contract negotiations, scheduling, and other logistical tasks to support our clients projects.
- Agency Management: Manage the agencys social media presence, create engaging content, and handle other administrative duties.
- Leveraging Technology: Use tools like Canva and MS Office, and be open to learning and utilizing AI for various tasks.

- A Bachelors degree from a recognized university.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and an active, resourceful mindset.
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of current digital trends.
- A genuine passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to build a strong network within it.
