Job Description

    Role Overview:
    As an Account Manager at Markem-Imaje, your primary responsibility will be to support the Company in managing customer relationships, contributing to the growth of market share and revenue, and achieving financial objectives set by the Senior Management team. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong customer accounts, exploring new sales opportunities, and implementing the company's sales process effectively.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Grow the territory by increasing revenue and market share while meeting sales targets.
    - Create a sales plan that covers all accounts within the assigned territory efficiently.
    - Manage existing customer accounts to enhance satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for upselling.
    - Identify and close additional sales opportunities within the current customer base.
    - Seek new prospects and establish relationships with potential customers within the designated territory.
    - Master the Markem-Imaje Sales Process, including adherence to all procedures and policies.
    - Operate within expense guidelines while demonstrating proficiency in using the customer relationship management database.
    Qualifications Required:
    - Solid operational knowledge of the company's products and services.

    - Proficiency in selling, sales forecasting, and negotiation skills at an experienced level.
