All GRN based Bookings, Invoice Verification and coordinating with Store as well as Logistic team.

Timely processing all outward remittances and Passing respective entries. In case of Discrepancies coordinating with Store and Logistic Team.

Co-ordinating with Bank for Issuance, Amendment of BG as per Sales team requirement. Co-ordinating with Sales Team for smooth processing of BG, confirming pre application of BG process (Like Draft vetted files with Sales Team)

Bank Reconciliation

Processing of Debit note to Inter companies

Timely processing of all monthly payment like TDS, TCS, Provident Fund, Profession Tax and GST

Posting of Invoice Booking and Payment entries
