HR Technology Specialist

Enable a best-in-class employee experience through exceptional governance consultation and implementation of custom applications, integrations, and security for HR Technology services. Monitor adherence to drive appropriate segregation of duties and data privacy compliance as well as support the technology team across disciplines and in the area of custom apps and integrations. Coordinate with Functional Leads who own the end-to-ends for their respective functions and the Product Leads to best leverage the products for Dows organization.

In this role, you will require understanding of key business drivers for your discipline and function. You will need to be able to expand conceptual and working knowledge related to your discipline or functional area. You are expected to provide informal guidance to new team members and be able to explain complex information to others.

It is your responsibility to use technical experience, established practices, and personal judgement to analyze and resolve straightforward problems. Your performance impacts the quality of your own work and your teams work and requires that you work within established guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities Duties, projects, tasks, and activities you would be responsible for in this role

• Ensure governance around HR operating model security providing security with the fewest privileges to information and resources needed to accomplish their job function
• Monitor staffing business process transactions to maintain security assignments
• Perform audits of system access for Segregation of Duties, Bi-Annual Reauthorizations and data privacy compliance, mitigating conflicts accordingly
• Participate in annual internal and external audits
• Support program development to improve the employee experience, balanced with function-specific needs and drivers
• Provide inputs to Service Delivery Leader to continuously improve Knowledge Base and Case Management content for security, integrations, or custom apps
• Serve as an escalation point for end-user security issues/inquiries, integrations, custom apps or other discipline aligned technologies
• Automate existing processes and new processes using HR technologies
• Develop and Maintain Web Solutions in an ASP.NET DevOps Environment
• Proficiency in developing and working with UiPath RPA tools to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Proficiency with database technologies, such as SQL Server
