Job Description
Payroll Senior Specialist
Help manage and grow Dell Technologies financial health with a role on our Payroll team. The team is responsible for processing the company payroll while making sure that all wages, tax withholdings and deductions are accurate. The Payroll team also prepares financial records and reports.

What you’ll achieve
Serve as liaison to team members and with third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies.
You will:
Audit team member pay records, and reconciles totals by department, location, country, etc. Interpret pay policies, (e.g., vacation, LOA, disability, workers compensation, union contracts, government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc.
Interpret pay policies, (e.g., vacation, LOA, disability, workers compensation, union contracts, government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc.) and ensures appropriate amounts/deductions are calculated and applied to the various accounts correctly
- Verify compliance with federal and state payroll requirements and stays current with changes in the law.
Document payroll processes and procedures. Ensure all processes and procedures meet government requirements.
May assist with audits of internal records, workers compensation, tax filings, related documentation, and SOX testing.

Having at least 4-5 years of experience in managing end to end India payroll operations with employee counts of 3000+, currently handling India Payroll, should be capable of handling Critical process related to Tax, like ESOP, RSU, International mobility cases, Tax Returns & Notices, Expats Taxation, Form16 and Form24, Employee Time and Attendance module, Statutory workings and audit. Should be able to independently lead the payroll related project with cross functional team, able to handle the Critical queries from the senior management and escalations, able to continuously reforming the payroll process, share the knowledge, attrition management, process management, Critical audits related to statutory and tax, etc.,
