Business Development Manager - Bidding Portal
EXP > 3 years of expericae as BDM or team lead in IT company and over all more than 5 year of exp in IT sales department for market place
Skill/Quality Good communication , Can handle of team of Sr and Jr BDE team of 10-15 pps
Should be able to handle lead generation team under him
Must have experience with bidding portals like guru Upwork, freelancer, pph, etc. Must be able to handle the client from Inquiry to closure Must have a technical understanding of the services we are selling Should be a target-oriented Person Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills Required Skills for Both Profiles Good Team building and team management skills. Passionate about sales Excellent knowledge of business deals & negotiation Bidding Portals Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
