Job Description

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to maximize revenue growth, accelerate transaction volumes across both new and existing products and services, and strengthen market reach. The role requires close collaboration with the Products team and business community, fostering strategic partnerships, and leading co-creation workshops to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive organizational success.

  1. Develop and implement business strategies and solutions to drive revenue growth and increase transactions on new and existing products and services.
  2. Expand and execute comprehensive business strategies designed to increase market reach, tailoring approaches to the unique environments and regulatory frameworks of each member state.
  3. Drive the introduction and adoption of products and services, ensuring offerings are aligned with regional market needs and regulatory requirements.
  4. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in line with overall business objectives.
  5. Provide feedback to the Marketing team to design impactful marketing campaigns, improving sales funnel performance and market awareness.
  6. Establish and maintain senior-level relationships (CXO/MD/Management level) with companies, highlighting Dubai Trade's value proposition in enhancing supply chain and logistics efficiency.
  7. Prepare accurate monthly and yearly transaction and revenue forecasts.
  8. Develop strategic partnerships with digital and industry stakeholders to enhance the organization's service portfolio.
  9. Apply Design Thinking methodologies in early-stage customer interactions, co-creation/ideation workshops, and converting requirements into actionable solutions with measurable value.
  10. Identify gaps in adoption strategies, prioritize requirements, and align solutions to address them effectively.
  11. Gather, analyze, and maintain business intelligence, including customer pain points, technology trends, and business excellence insights.
  12. Organize and lead co-creation workshops with customers to develop digital solutions and applications aligned with customer needs.
  13. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the trade and logistics sector, and leverage insights to inform strategic decisions.
