Job Description
- Minimum Experience of 10 Years in Transformer, Generator, Power room, Pumps, Motors and Substation maintenance.
- Should be a License Holder.
- Coordinate with TNEB and Legal metrology Authorities for inspection, testing and maintenance.
- Should posses knowledge on HT / LT lines.
- Should be able to maintain Power factors and harmonics round the clock.
- Should be able to trouble shoot all the electrical equipment’s.
- Knowledge on Erection and Commissioning of Electrical works.
- To take care of other minor repairs in asset maintenance.
- Should strictly comply to internal policies and procedures.
- Follow the instructions of Engineering Team members in handling day to day operations.
- To maintain the MIS reports and to be shared on daily basis to Engineering Team.
- Should posses knowledge on repairing of Air Conditioners and monitoring of Reefer containers.
- Should be able to coordinate with reefer technicians during reefer maintenance.
- Responsible to maintain the operational equipment’s, utility weighing systems and UPS.
- Designing, Implementing and supporting to new projects.
- Plan and procure the required spares ( re order level has to be maintained ) in coordination with procurement and finance team.
- Preparing the annual budgets and MIS reports for all the engineering related activities.
- Coordinate with the AMC vendors and complete the PM and BM on time for the Gensets, Boom barriers, ACs, Fire hydrant engine and Weighing systems.
- Taken care of the panels, High masts, Street lights and warehousing lights too.
- Ensure to maintain the facility Lux level at all times.
