Our Approach:
We partner with our lenders by taking charge of their collections portfolio, allowing them to focus on customer acquisition while we ensure efficient recovery from their customers. Our technology-driven platform leverages machine learning algorithms to optimize collections strategies and drive maximum recovery rates.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Operations:
- Source, screen, and recruit Telecalling Agents, Team Leads, and Floor Leads within the required timeframe.
- Utilize Naukri, Foundit, and other job portals for sourcing and pipeline management.
- Manage candidate engagement, interview coordination, and pre-offer documentation.
- Ensure a strong backup pipeline for replacement and urgent hiring needs.
- Leverage ATS to track and optimize recruitment efforts.
- Work closely with the Mumbai People Team to help control attrition.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align with company goals.
- Coordinate with Operations & People Teams to integrate new hires smoothly.
- Work with HR to streamline onboarding and improve the employee experience.
Onboarding & Compliance:
- Help in coordination for Onboarding formalities
- Help in engaging candidates and give them a good onboarding experience
- Facilitate police verification and documentation for DRA advisors in banking processes.
- Assist in ID creation and onboarding formalities in coordination with the Bangalore team.
- Ensure smooth availability of candidates for new hire and refresher training.

Reporting & Insights:
- Track recruitment metrics: lead conversions, walk-ins, offer acceptance rates, and hiring progress.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve hiring strategies and talent acquisition outcomes.
What Were Looking For
- 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume hiring or the BPO industry.
- Strong lead generation & management expertise using job portals (Naukri, Foundit, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools for candidate tracking and recruitment workflows.
- Strong understanding of telecalling domain hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
- Prior exposure to the fintech industry is a plus.
