Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a YouTube Strategist. The YouTube Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies to grow the organizations YouTube presence and engagement. Key responsibilities include analyzing video performance metrics, optimizing video titles, thumbnails, keywords, and tags, collaborating with the production team for video creation, and implementing audience engagement plans. The strategist will also monitor digital trends, track competition, and propose new content ideas to maximize the channels growth and viewer reach.

Qualifications

• Expertise in content strategy, video strategy, and audience engagement techniques
• Proficiency in YouTube SEO, including keyword research, optimization of tags, titles, and descriptions
• Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in video production workflows and creative input for enhancing content quality
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with production and marketing teams
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and understanding of social media analytics tools
• Prior experience managing a YouTube channel or similar video content platforms is highly preferred
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is desirable
