Dr Lal PathLabs - Technical Business Analyst

Scope of Work
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementations to be part of our transformation journey towards building great products.
Role & responsibilities
1. Participate in requirements analysis
2. Work closely with the development team to support system architecture, API design, and data modeling.
3. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and testing activities
4. Collaborate with stakeholders from different functional areas to define product specs.
5. Analyze data and customer feedback to inform decisions and recommend process improvements
6. Assist in product roadmap planning and support go-to-market strategy
7. Coordinate with QA to define test cases and ensure product quality
8. Establishing metrics, tracking success metrics, setting up KPIs and ideally OKRs
9. Implement new features to solve critical problems that our customers face in their development and testing cycle.
10. Gradually take ownership of product modules and drive end-to-end product development
Preferred candidate profile
1. Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or related role in the technology domain

2. Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. and MBA/PGDM
3. Prior experience or interest in healthcare, diagnostics start-ups is a plus
4. Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma (for wireframes), and Excel
5. Familiarity with database concepts (SQL), APIs, JSON, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
6. Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
7. Proven ability to collaborate successfully across various functions
