Role Overview:

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Draup, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, renewals and revenue growth. You will act as a strategic advisor to our enterprise clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from Draups platform and services. This role demands a proactive leader who can manage complex relationships, deliver insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate customer experience

Qualifications & Skills:

Around 7 years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Market Research Consulting in a B2B SaaS enterprise technology environment.

Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and driving customer outcomes.

Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex customer environments and translate needs into solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), CS platforms (e.g., Gainsight), and data analytics is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-first mindset.

Candidate must be based in Bangalore only.

Immediate joiners will be preferred (max 30 days)

This will be a hybrid opportunity with flexible options
