Associate/Senior Associate - Product Operations (Audit)

Product Operations at Dream11 strive to build a highly engaging, rewarding, safe, trustworthy and scalable fantasy sports platform. The operations team executes product-driven strategy along with other PM’s to drive user-centric solutions in form of both Dream11’s consumer-facing products and the backend, internal products that orchestrate all consumer-facing operations, alike. The team will be responsible for running the show on the Dream11 product. They will be responsible for driving automation on product operations by understanding user behavior and backing it with data.
Product Operations is a cross-functional role designed to guarantee successful collaborative work among all teams connected to the product life cycle e.g. the people who are building the product—product managers, design and engineering, as well as support functions such as Sports Operations, Marketing and Customer Support.
Your Role:

• Being responsible for driving the internal product audit in terms of compliance, quality, risks etc. and escalate the issues


• Being responsible for developing and compiling Business Analytics reports and ensure timely distribution among the stakeholders within the Product and Finance team


• Managing the external vendors effectively and channelize them towards organisational growth


• Working with product, business analytics teams in collecting and analysing product data and metrics


• Monitoring and taking accountability for the total cost of Product tools used by Dream11.
  

Must Have:

• 2-3 years of past audit experience in BIG4 firms / has a background in Finance


• Comfortable with SQL and Excel with an eye for business metrics


• Maintained and worked on metrics for Revenue, Operating Margin etc, along with monthly review and performance analysis
  


• Experience in performing internal audits and data analytics-based control effectiveness testing.
  

Good to Have:

• Ability to multitask, prioritise projects and communicate across teams in an agile development process


• Play or follow multiple sports.
