VP - Product (Platform)

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the vision and strategy for the internal platform that includes a broad and diverse portfolio of data, AI/ML, experimentation, and developer experience products. You will lead a team of high performance product managers solving business problems using cutting edge technologies. You will represent and champion the platform cause in the management team.
Your Role:

• Identify problems in the domain of data, AI/ML, and developer experience and proactively address them through innovative solutions
• Create clear, measurable strategic roadmaps and goals for the platform team that align with the companys objectives
• Build strong relationships both within the platform team and Technology/Design teams to enhance synergy and resolve conflicts constructively
  
• Proactively seek and recruit top Product talent to continually elevate your team standards
• Hands-on with demonstrated in-depth knowledge, skills, and execution capabilities in building data and AI products
  

Qualifiers:

• 12+ years of overall experience with 6+ years in B2B SaaS / internal platform product management
• 4+ years experience in a leadership position
• Experience building data, AI, or developer SaaS products
• Experience building products for knowledge worker personas (PMs, Developers, Analysts, Data Scientists)
