Job Description

    As a Sales Manager based in Kolkata, West Bengal, you will be responsible for managing Sales & Marketing operations within the assigned zone. Your role will involve leading the development and implementation of annual sales plans to ensure consistent sales growth. You will drive the development and execution of sales strategies to improve efficiency, accelerate sales growth, and enhance profitability.
    In this position, you will oversee the complete sales operation, including projecting annual sales, tracking performance, and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and profitable execution of business orders. Your responsibilities will also include strategizing and planning sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses control, profitability analysis, new product development, market research, and brand strategy.
    The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial sales, specifically in the steel and collieries sector. A Diploma or B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering would be preferred for this position.

    This is a full-time role with day shift schedule. As part of the benefits package, Provident Fund and a performance bonus will be provided. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in industrial sales and a deep understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
