Job Description

    As a Sales Manager for Medical Instrument Products, you will be responsible for leading a team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Your primary duties will include coordinating with your team to ensure their plans are executed efficiently and submitted to the reporting manager for review. You will collaborate closely with sales representatives in hospitals and nursing homes, providing regular updates to the reporting manager.
    To excel in this role, you must demonstrate strong leadership skills in guiding your team towards achieving quarterly sales targets. Your focus will be on promoting imported instruments across surgical departments and hospital equipment by engaging with doctors, operation theater managers, and purchase departments alongside your sales representatives.
    Additionally, you will be required to prepare monthly reports detailing target achievement rates, participation in tenders, backlogs, and any other relevant issues. This data will play a crucial role in assessing the team's performance and identifying areas for improvement.

    This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund and a performance bonus. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device or surgical instrument sales, with a total of 5 years of work experience. Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication in this role. Please note that this position is based in a remote work location with day shifts.,
