Job Description
- As a Database Developer lead at our company, your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining relational databases to support various applications and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform data modeling, and ensure database security measures are in place to protect sensitive data. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting database issues and documenting database design and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain relational databases for different applications and systems.
- Perform database tuning and optimization for optimal performance and scalability.
- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support application development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design database solutions meeting business needs.
- Implement and maintain database security measures to safeguard sensitive data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues promptly.
- Document database design, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in database development.
- Proficiency in SQL programming and relational database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling techniques.
- Experience in database tuning, optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of database security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
