Job Description

    The Windows Analyst position at Droom in Gurugram sector 18 requires an individual with 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support or Windows system administration. As a Windows Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing end-user IT support, ensuring system security, and maintaining hardware/software assets. Your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows-based systems, issuing laptops to new employees, and providing Level 1 & 2 support for Windows-related issues. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and managing user accounts, ensuring timely software installations and updates, and working with the IT team to maintain network connectivity and system security.

    The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of the latest Windows OS (Windows 10/11, Server 2016/2019), experience in laptop issuance and setup, and an understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, and basic networking. Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams are also essential for this role.
    Preferred skills for the position include knowledge of IT security best practices, experience with Intune or remote desktop management tools, and exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
