Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Engineer – MRO to drive growth in the aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in aviation, especially in power plant systems, along with

proven experience in building relationships and generating new business in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the MRO sector.
• Build strong relationships with airlines, private aviation operators, military contractors, and OEMs.
• Understand customer requirements in engine maintenance (power plant), airframe, and component services.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align service offerings with client needs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
• Represent the company at aviation expos, trade shows, and client meetings across the GCC.
• Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Drive revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Industry Experience Required:

• Aircraft Maintenance / Aircraft Storage / Aircraft Spare-Part Trading

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the aviation MRO industry.
• Background as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) or similar technical qualification preferred.
• Deep knowledge of aircraft engines (power plant) and MRO processes.
• Strong network within the GCC aviation industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication
