Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Executive with 4–5 years of experience in the construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle a wide range of HR responsibilities. This role requires someone proactive, accurate, and capable of supporting the HR Manager in ensuring smooth HR operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations.
- Handle candidate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment activities, and new hire orientations.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining payroll data, staff records, and employee files.
- Provide support in bookkeeping and HR documentation.
- Oversee staff management, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
- Ensure all employee records are accurate, updated, and securely maintained.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and staffing needs.
- Handle HR correspondences, memos, and reports as required.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of HR experience within the construction domain.

- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Solid understanding of HR processes, including payroll, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team.
