Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Operational Expenditure: Conduct detailed analysis of current operational costs to identify potential areas for savings and efficiency improvements.
- Develop Cost-Saving Strategies: Design and implement innovative strategies to reduce overheads while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and partnerships with vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising on service standards.
- Budget Monitoring: Ensure strict adherence to allocated budgets by tracking expenses and implementing corrective measures in case of deviations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, finance, and operations teams to standardize processes and achieve economies of scale.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to forecast trends, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable insights for cost reduction.
- Operational Execution: Oversee and ensure flawless execution of all ground operations activities, including SOP implementation, adherence, and scalability. Act as the go-to leader for resolving critical operational bottlenecks and challenges.
- Process Implementation & Optimization: Lead the execution of standardized processes across regions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Drive automation and ensure smooth implementation of new systems and tools. Develop and execute long-term plans / strategies that support Stanza Living's growth objectives, ensuring sustainability and profitability over time. Use the cost-savings measures and ensure the same are being cascaded to teams. Eg: process improvisation, waste-reductions methods, timely reporting, energy efficient ways to optimize the overall operating costs.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage and mentor a high-performing team to deliver operational excellence. Coordinate effectively with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks. Ensure Regional Operational teams / departments adhere to their budgets by monitoring spending and providing guidance on cost-saving measures when necessary.
- Performance Management: Own and monitor operational KPIs, ensuring targets are met consistently. Execute data-driven improvements based on operational performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Ensure effective communication and collaboration with regional teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive project execution.

- Address escalations promptly and ensure timely resolutions.
