Senior Full Stack Developer (Java / JavaScript)

We are seeking a Senior fullstack Developer with strong expertise in enterprise full-stack development to lead the design, development, and integration of solutions on the IWMS platform. This role collaborates with business analysts, architects, and infrastructure engineers to deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure facility and real estate management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Java, JavaScript frameworks, databases, and enterprise integrations, along with hands-on onfiguration and deployment skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions on the platform aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Lead end-to-end full stack development using Java, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
• Configure and extend applications such as Space Management, Asset Management, Maintenance, and Real Estate modules.
• Implement robust API integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, HR, CMMS) via REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, or middleware.
• Collaborate with Architects and Business Analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas in Oracle or MS SQL Server.
• Apply Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and team collaboration.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document technical designs, system configurations, and deployment processes.
• 
  Mentor junior developers and serve as a subject matter expert in customization and integration.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development focusing on:
• Java / Spring Boot
• JavaScript / ES6+
• React.js and/or Next.js
• SQL (Oracle or MS SQL Server)
• HTML5, CSS3
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IWMS/CAFM platforms.
• Proven expertise in RESTful APIs, web services (SOAP/XML), and middleware integration.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, multi-tier architecture, and database modeling.
• Knowledge of infrastructure including application servers (Tomcat, JBoss) and network concepts.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Experience in facilities management, real estate, or construction domains preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Cloud platforms such as Azure or OCI.
