Job Description

MSME Sales New Business Development

Designation: Strategic Account Manager - New Client Acquisition

Location: BKC, Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead new customer acquisition initiatives within the designated territory
  • Evaluate and screen databases provided by the pre-sales team to identify key decision-makers such as Directors, MDs, CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, and Business Heads using platforms like company websites, LinkedIn, and other online resources
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, present product offerings, and schedule meetings independently
  • Maintain daily productivity by making a minimum of 6070 calls per day
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of successful sales closures, particularly within the MSME sector
  • Possess excellent communication and probing skills to support effective customer acquisition
  • Prepare and share daily call status reports/MIS, detailing clients contacted/met and new companies added to the database
  • Provide daily updates on all sales activities
  • Manage the complete contract lifecycle process, from order entry to dispatch (excluding document collection)

  • Engage with clients post-sale through feedback calls to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • MBA or any post-graduation with relevant experience of 2.5 - 4 years in new client acquisition Strong experience in B2B sales/ corporate sales
  • Experience in complete sales cycle, should not have apprehensions to travel beyond city limits for the interest of business.
  • Strong record of achieving sales year on year
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
