Job Description
We are looking for a smart, self-motivated individual who can work independently. The candidate must have strong financial modeling skills. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO, build relationships with investors, thrive in a challenging environment, solve complex problems, and learn from teams across the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain Dunzo's Financial Model:
- Revise model projections on a quarterly basis and work with the business planning team & teams across the organization to discuss, negotiate and finalize projections for important assumptions and business milestones
- Prepare external reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis:
- Understand the business metrics and reporting requirements of Dunzo, taking inputs from investors and internal business teams
- Update monthly/quarterly reporting materials and prepare updates for investors to enable them to understand the key business trends of the last month / quarter.
- Drive insights into business performance through data analysis
- Maintain investor relationships through the processing of data requests, resolving queries, and making sure key investor information and documentation is up to date
- Interface with teams across the organization to collect information required for investor queries. Analyze data, identify trends and insights
- Work with the Legal and Secretarial teams to manage compliance related requests from both existing & potential investors
- Program Manage post round closure secretarial requirements to comply with Closing Conditions
- Manage the Financial Due Diligence from the Investor Relations / Corp dev team during the fundraise
Skills and Qualifications:

- At least 2.5 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or investor relations / corporate development
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong financial modeling skills and an understanding of financial and accounting concepts
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Experience dealing with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities and experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about Dunzo and the problems we are solving
- Degree in finance, accounting, engineering, economics, or business from a reputed institute and/or CFA/CA
