Core Duties and Responsibilities
Manage Commercial / Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand business impact.
- Plan, negotiate, and optimize media investments to maximize revenue, reach, and return on spend.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients, media partners, and stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth.
- Oversee and streamline PR and media operations to ensure timely and efficient campaign execution.
- Coordinate internal teams, agencies, and vendors to maintain alignment and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on operational performance to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness.
- Establish and enforce PR and media processes to ensure compliance, consistency, and quality standards.
- Manage agency and vendor engagements with clear accountability, budgets, and performance monitoring.
- Implement reporting and documentation frameworks to track campaigns, approvals, and operational adherence.
- Foster effective collaboration across internal teams to ensure alignment of PR, media, and brand initiatives.
- Support talent and knowledge development within the team by sharing expertise and best practices.
- Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance across all communications operations.
- Other duties as needed or required and deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
- Primarily an office-based role within the Brand Management Division at DXB LIVE. The position involves frequent coordination with internal teams, agencies, and media partners.
- Occasional extended hours and weekend work may be required during major event periods, activations, or campaign launches.
- High screen-time role that demands attention to detail, quick responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
- Regular cross-functional interaction with marketing, creative, and event operations teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Some travel within the UAE may be required for media meetings, shoots, or on-site PR coverage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or Public Relations. A Master's degree in a related field is an advantage.

- Minimum 57 years of professional experience in PR, communications, and media buying preferably within an agency or large corporate environment. Proven record in managing integrated campaigns, client relationships, and media partnerships across traditional and digital platforms.
- Excellent understanding of PR strategy, media planning, and buying across UAE and GCC markets & International. Strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English). Skilled in budget management, negotiation, analytics, and campaign reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media management tools.
- Trained in public relations, media strategy, and digital communications. Exposure to PR analytics, brand storytelling, and stakeholder engagement frameworks preferred.
