Job Description

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team, focusing on selling Salesforce and other IT solutions in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, particularly in Salesforce solutions, and demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets. If you are a driven professional with a passion for technology sales and a strong background in IT solutions, we would love to hear from you.

Ownership & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities Include:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the UAE market.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on Salesforce and other IT products & solutions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  5. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  7. Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance, making adjustments as needed to meet targets.
  8. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our solutions and expand your network.

What You'll Need

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT sales, with a preference for experience selling Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong understanding of the UAE market and business landscape.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. A valid driver's license and access to a car.

  1. Arabic speaking candidates will be preferred.
