About the role:

Were hiring a hands-on LeadArchitectto build the next-generationAIvideo marketing system where content is not just edited or repurposed, but generated, orchestrated, and deployed byAIagents.

This role goes beyond media tech youll design and lead the development of agenticAIsystems that ingest real video content (UGC, branded, influencer), extract the best components, and generate short-form and long-form marketing content, including synthetic media where needed.

Youll also be responsible for integrating these systems with CSMs, DAMs, social platforms, ad tech, and performance marketing tools owning both thearchitecture and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design AgenticAISystems for Content Creation
• ArchitectAIworkflows where agents collaborate to analyze, script, edit, generate, and optimize marketing videos powered by LLMs, vision models, and orchestration layers.
• Lead Development of Multi-Agent Pipelines
• Build intelligent systems using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI, coordinating agents for scripting, visual editing, channel adaptation, voice/speech synthesis, and A/B testing.
• ApplyAIto Real-World Video Marketing Use Cases

Get Hired
• Use real content UGC, branded, influencer as inputs to generate ad-ready assets with tailored formats, copy, visuals, and CTAs for different platforms.
• Generate Synthetic Media Where Needed
• Integrate or deploy tools like Runway, Synthesia, Pika, or ElevenLabs to augment or generate new content components when footage is missing or needs scale.
• Integrate Across the Marketing Stack
• Lead the integration ofAIsystems with:
• CSMs (Content Management Systems)
• DAMs (Digital Asset Management)
• Ad tech APIs (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
• Social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Performance tools (Google Analytics, Segment, attribution platforms)
