Description:
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence in the highly competitive FMCG food sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting and executing innovative digital marketing strategies, building consumer relationships, and driving online sales. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness, consumer engagement, and product sales across digital channels.
Deep Knowledge of META platform is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution:
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across key platforms including paid media (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.), email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Social Media & Content Marketing:
- Create, manage, and optimize social media content to foster community engagement and grow brand loyalty across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
- Develop creative content that resonates with target audiences, incorporating trends, storytelling, and user-generated content to drive interactions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and other content for digital campaigns.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Use analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Continuously A/B test ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve CTR, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROI, cost per acquisition (CPA), customer lifetime value (CLV), and other relevant metrics to ensure campaigns meet business objectives.
E-commerce & Online Sales Growth:
- Collaborate with e-commerce teams to optimize product listings, drive traffic, and boost online sales on platforms such as Amazon, our DTC site, and third-party marketplaces.
- Develop digital promotions, loyalty programs, and influencer partnerships to boost online revenue and customer retention.
Audience Insights & Market Research:
- Analyze consumer behavior, segment audiences, and tailor digital strategies to target specific demographics, driving relevance and resonance.
- Conduct competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging digital opportunities.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize returns and meet company goals.
- Track and report on marketing spend across various digital platforms and campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with product, brand, creative, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive digital strategy across all touchpoints.
- Partner with external agencies, influencers, and media partners to enhance digital campaigns and drive reach.
Brand Development & Advocacy:
- Help grow brand awareness and recognition through engaging digital content and storytelling.
- Champion the voice of the consumer, ensuring digital content and campaigns reflect customer insights and expectations.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the FMCG or food & beverage industry.
- Proven experience in driving successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid media.
Skills & Expertise:
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Expertise in creating, curating, and optimizing digital content for food brands and FMCG products.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, online retail, and the consumer purchase journey in the digital age.
- Creative thinker with the ability to turn insights into impactful campaigns.
Technical Proficiency:
- Knowledge of META platform strategies to drive organic and paid growth.
- Experience with tools like Photoshop, Canva, or Adobe Premiere for content creation is a plus.
Analytical & Data-Driven:
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to present and communicate performance data clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors/masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with food brands or in the CPG/FMCG space.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships within the food and beverage industry.
- Passion for food, trends, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the FMCG sector.
