Job Description

    As a Territory Sales Executive at our company, your role will involve overseeing the operations of multiple office, store or business branches. You will guide, train and manage lower-level management and supervisors, preparing performance reports for presentation to upper administration. Organizing and implementing training programs for staff in the entire region will be one of your key responsibilities. Ensuring that all branches follow safety, health, and business laws and regulations is vital, as is upholding company standards of excellence and service to guarantee quality performance. Collaboration with the marketing team for planning large events and maximizing company profits at the branches you supervise are also part of your duties.
    Qualifications Required:
    Free Workshop
    - Experience of 1-2 years in marketing of Confectionery or FMCG products (Added advantage)
    - Any Degree
