Sales Operations Analyst - (Freshers With Finance Background)

Freshers with Finance background with MBA is preferred.

Ensure the quality and accuracy of data in Salesforce.com as well as design and present the data in ways to help stakeholders make better decisions. Help streamline and enhance reporting function to address leadership and cross-business unit reporting requests. Collaborate with product, sales and marketing depts to implement actionable KPI reporting and dashboards

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a data analyst for E2opens Salesforce environment (including Einstein Analytics).
• Handle Salesforce.com administrative functions including monitoring the flow of data, as well as providing reports and dashboards in response to business needs.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting assistance to various team members.
• Assist in streamlining and enhancing standard reporting formats.
  
• Identify data outliers or discrepancies that need to be corrected.
• Assist with data management functions including data enrichment and data governance.
• Work with the organization to support administrative, development, and change management activities as they relate to the data provided through our Salesforce org.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge and practical experience using Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel).
• Excellent report-writing and data analysis skills.
• Working knowledge with Salesforce.com.
